GLA N1 operates within Midwest District 1, bringing together clubs from key markets across Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Western New York. It also ensures alignment within the broader National 1 League framework, while Greater Cincinnati is aligned with Midwest District 2 alongside Kentucky and Indiana.
